CONCEPTION / PREGNANCY support
dedicated, one-on-one support over 1, 3 or 6 months
Ideal for:
Someone who needs sustained support during their fertility or pregnancy journey, ie someone experiencing fertility challenges or undergoing IVF, or a pregnant person experiencing a challenging or debilitating pregnancy (ie, hyperemesis or extended bed rest). Clients with 3- and 6-month packages are welcome to pause services at any point and resume with no additional charge within a year.
Support looks like:
providing resources around fertility-related issues / help understanding your cycle
researching insurance coverage / organizing insurance claims, receipts, etc
assistance with scheduling/planning fertility- and pregnancy-related calendars (ie, doctor’s appointments, meal plans, birth plans, arranging childcare for existing children, etc)
physical/emotional support with IVF/IUI medications (through either me giving you the shots or coaching you while you self-inject)
attendance/support at monitoring appointments, retrievals and/or transfers
talking through and researching health and extended support care options
physical/practical support at home while you’re on bed rest (or just need rest!), including housework, meal planning and cooking, grocery/house shopping, etc
emotional support throughout, especially during waiting periods, while medicating, through episodes of perinatal anxiety or depression, and/or in the event of a loss
What’s included:
4-5 1x1 meetings per month (virtual or in-person, up to 75 minutes each)
7 days per week available phone support (call back within 36 hours)
unlimited text/email support (response within 48 hours)
half price workshops ($65)
labor/birth and acute postpartum support may be available, for an additional $60/hour
Cost:
$650 for 1 month of dedicated support; $1650 for 3 months; $3000 for 6 months
POST-POSTPARTUM support
one-on-one support during your transition out of the acute postpartum period
Ideal for:
Someone going back to work after parental leave or a family experiencing a major transition during the postnatal period (1-2 years after birth), ie, a new co-parenting schedule.
Support looks like:
organizing and establishing a new schedule, routine or physical space
meal planning, shopping, prepping and/or cooking
researching options for working parents’ needs, ie pumping equipment, childcare, housing, support groups, etc
advocacy-support around your legal protections as a working and/or lactating parent
help navigating your new normal sex life
emotional support during the acute transition period
What’s included:
in-person support for 2, 4, or 6 consecutive hours
unlimited text/email support for up to one week after your most recent session (response within 48 hours)
Cost:
$160 for a 2-hour session, $300 for a 4-hour session, $425 for a 6-hour session (discounts available for packages of two or more sessions)
GROUP SUPPORT
60-minute group sessions (minimum 3 sessions)
Ideal for:
Folks looking for community on their fertility or pregnancy journey, those experiencing loss and grief, and/or parents facing similar challenges. Anyone who believes that “it takes a village!”
Support looks like:
group share of research and resources (aka the “hivemind”)
consistent, growing connections with people who understand your experiences and may provide you with valuable new insights
helping others better understand and find peace in their own journeys (and yours in the process, hopefully)
What’s included:
60-minute guided group share sessions (virtual; maximum 6 participants per session)
moderated group text support (via Signal)
select from 3 session, 6 session, or 12 session packages
option to participate in an organized in-person meet up (additional costs may apply)
Cost:
package rates: $120 (3 sessions); $210 (6 sessions); $360 (12 sessions)
planning support
personalized planning around a single deliverable
Ideal for:
Someone in need of a single customized plan (ie meal plan, birth plan) that they implement and execute independently and/or with their personal support network.
Support looks like:
talking through options and possibilities
planning around specific fertility/pregnancy needs based on your personal conditions, experiences and values
delivery of a thorough, visually-accessible custom plan
What’s included:
one one-on-one meeting (1.5-2 hours) to review specifics for deliverable
one deliverable (ie a birth plan or a meal plan)
text/email support between initial meeting and deliverable deadline (response within 36 hours)
one round of feedback/edit on deliverable, if needed
Cost:
$475
PET HOSPICE & DEATH SUPPORT
3+ hours per day of logistic and emotional support
Ideal for:
Any person or family preparing to escort their beloved animal over the rainbow bridge.
Support looks like:
caretaking for and celebrating your pet in their vulnerable final days
assisting with communications with the vet’s office
providing emotional support during/after euthanasia
managing final arrangements of your pet’s remains / helping you memorialize your pet
clearing out your pet’s belongings/managing donations of leftover food, etc
sharing the news of your pet’s passing to your community
researching support groups and similar grief support resources
helping you navigate your grief as you adjust your “new normal” routine
What’s included:
up to 3 hours of 1x1 support per day (need not be consecutive)
7 days per week available phone support while your pet is in hospice / in the week following your loss (call back within 48 hours)
unlimited text/email support while your pet is in hospice / in the week following your loss (response within 24 hours)
regular check ins (weekly or biweekly, according to your preference) up to 6 months after your loss
Cost:
$225/day (up to 3 hours); +$75/hour per additional hour of 1x1 support (if available)
